	Establish authentication of identity
	Quotation of required services
	Acceptance of quotation.
	Services provided.
	Payment of initial deposit and initial expenses (where applicable).

	Sending out memorandum of understanding, a mutual statement of intentions, for agreement.
	In depth advice and guidance given regarding the service level agreement, our placement and confidentiality agreements.
	Ongoing assessment of whatever services and outcomes are required.
	End of contract or continuation / adaption, depending upon the circumstances.
